Booking Confirmation and Payment
To confirm the booking, full payment is required.
Payment can be made via PayPal account or bank transfer. Additionally, the receipt must be sent via email to info@edencamp.it within 24 hours of receiving the email containing the payment details; otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
Timings
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
(For arrivals beyond this time, prior arrangement is required, and an extra fee will be charged.)
Access to the facility before 3:00 PM is not permitted.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Guest Cancellation
The booking is neither cancelable nor refundable.
Date Change
The booked date(s) cannot be modified or refunded.
Cancellation by the Facility
All our Bubble Rooms are designed to withstand common weather conditions; however, in the case of exceptionally adverse weather, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
In case of technical failures that cannot be resolved in a short time and prevent overnight stay, the facility may cancel the booking until 2:00 PM on the arrival day. In this rare event, we can offer either a date change or a full refund.
Rates
Rates are displayed when checking availability on the website.
Children and Minors
Our facility is designed for only two people aged 14 and above. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
Pets
Although we love animals, they are not allowed inside the Bubble Rooms. However, they can stay at the on-site dog boarding facility upon prior request at info@edencamp.it.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Bubble Rooms.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the stay without any refund and possible penalties as per current regulations.
Damages
If guests cause damage to the Bubbles or any items inside them, the facility reserves the right to request compensation.
Guest Registration
During the booking process, guests will be asked to provide certain information, including a valid ID document, in order to report their stay to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Outdoor Finnish Hot Tubs
The outdoor Finnish hot tubs are heated and available for use year-round. The water temperature upon arrival will depend on the weather and the necessary daily treatments for proper cleanliness. If there are malfunctions preventing the use of the Finnish hot tubs, no refunds will be issued.
